Messages you send to our Instagram account (@sermedhavuz) or our Facebook Page: the message text and the technical sender identifier provided by Meta. Information you enter in the forms on our website: name, phone number, email address, city and your message.
3. Why we process it
Only to answer and follow up your request, for example a pool quote, a service or maintenance request. Message text is stored encrypted.
4. How long we keep it
As long as required to handle your request and any resulting customer relationship, and as long as the law requires. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data and do not share your messages with third parties. Contact details submitted through website forms are shared with Meta in hashed form to measure advertising performance, as described in our KVKK notice; you can object to this at any time.
6. Your rights and data deletion
