Sermed Havuz | Prefabrik Havuz Yapımı

Gövde yaklaşık 2 gün içerisinde tamamen oluşturulur ve çapraz ayakların arkasına destek amaçlı 30 cm topuk betonu atılır.

Projeye uygun pürüzsüz beton atılır ve bir gün sonra montaja hazır hale gelir.

Uygun derinliğe geldikten sonra, zemin tesfiyesi yapılır.

Projeye uygun havuz alanı belirlenerek, kot seviyesine göre kazı işlemine başlanır.

Liner montajı tamamlanır. Gerekli test ve son kontroller yapılarak su dolum işlemine geçilir.

Su dolum işlemiyle birlikte çevre dolgusu yapılır. Çevre dolgusunda kum kullanılmalıdır.

Dolgular tamamlandıktan sonra çevre düzenlemesine ait çevre betonu hazırlığı yapılır.

Havuz çevresine uygulanacak malzeme cinsine göre çevre betonu atılır.

Havuzunuz tamamlanmıştır artık özgün olarak istediğiniz peyzaj çalışmasını uygulayabilirsiniz.

Havuzun gece manzarası ile havuz başı keyfi kaçınılmaz etkinliklerden olmaya devam etmektedir.

Hızlı Kurulum Tekniği

Havuzların toplam inşaat süresi, hafriyatı müteakip 3 - 7 gündür. Klasik sistemde inşa edilen havuz mahallinde 1-2 ay sürekli kalan kum, çakıl, çimento, demir, moloz gibi malzemelerin kötü görünümü ve çevreyi bozan rahatsızlığı ile işçilerin verdiği huzursuzluk, panel havuzlarda inşa süresinin kısa olması nedeniyle hemen hemen hiç yoktur.
